Fine Print

Please schedule your appointments carefully around your period. You must cancel your appointment if you are menstruating. Some clients may have irregular cycles making that difficult. (See the cancellation policy below)

The client consultation form must be completed before your appointment.

Booking a service requires $25 deposit. The balance is due at time of service.   

Cancellation of appointments requires a 48-hour notice; otherwise, the $25 deposit will not be refunded.  Consistent clients will be given a grace cancellation within the 48-hour window without charge one time within 6 services. (This may be useful for clients with irregular cycles)

If your appointment has to be cancelled by me less than 48 hours in advance, your options are:

• reschedule the appointment & receive $25 off the balance due at the appointment, or
• do not reschedule the appointment and be refunded your $25 deposit.

Clients who do not show up for appointments and do not contact me to cancel:

-will not be refunded their deposit, and

-will not be scheduled in the future. 

*The cancellation policy does not apply during inclement weather.  Human safety is always a priority.  Your appointment will simply be rescheduled.
